Micronetbd Education: Salesforce training with placement support
Demand for Salesforce skills has stayed ahead of supply for years, and the gap is widest at the entry level. Micronetbd Education was launched to close part of it, with a training programme built for people entering the field and for career changers who already work in tech adjacent roles.
The curriculum runs from platform fundamentals through administration, sales and marketing automation, analytics and reporting, and into customisation and development. It is delivered as a mix of lectures, hands on exercises and quizzes, structured so that students finish ready to sit certification exams rather than merely familiar with the vocabulary.
The programme includes placement support, working with employers in the ecosystem to connect graduates with openings once they qualify. Details are at micronetbdedu.com.

Getting here was not simple, and it was not done alone. My thanks go to the partners, clients and customers who took a chance on us, and to everyone who has worked here. Projects get delivered on time because people make that happen, not because a process does.
When we started in 2012, CRM was just becoming the centre of how companies ran. I was learning how to manage clients, projects and people at the same time as the industry was working out what these platforms were for. What carried us through was a team that stayed curious and stayed honest about what was not working.
We judge people on attitude, knowledge and what they bring, not on where they came from. That has given us a team drawn from everywhere, and it is the single thing I would point to if asked why the work holds up.
The decade brought accreditations we are proud of: SOC 2 Type 2, SAM, NJ MBE certification, Salesforce consulting partner status and DocuSign consulting partner status. They matter because they are audited by somebody other than us.
What is next is more of the same discipline applied to a wider set of platforms. Filevine, Litify and Specright were not on the map in 2012. Something else will not be on the map today. The job is to be good enough at the underlying craft that it does not matter.

Micronetbd and Salesforce partnered to host Denver’s HLS ( Health & Life Science) Olympics. At the beginning of October, the Micronetbd team flew to Denver, Colorado, to meet our peers from Salesforce. It was a very good experience. We shared stories and got to know each other. This event was a fun way to create synergy between the teams as we worked on solving client problems using Salesforce and related add-ons.
