SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number on any MicronetBD form (including our Contact Us, Get a Quote, and Schedule a Demo forms) or by replying to a message we send you, you expressly consent to receive recurring text (SMS) messages from MicronetBD related to your inquiry, project, account, or services you have requested. This consent is not required as a condition of any purchase.

Program Description

MicronetBD uses SMS to send appointment confirmations, project status updates, support responses, sales follow-ups, and answers to questions you submit through our website forms. Messages are sent only to phone numbers that have opted in.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive messages in response to your inquiries, as part of an active project engagement, or for scheduled follow-ups. You will not receive marketing or promotional SMS messages unless you separately opt in to those.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MicronetBD does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Please check with your carrier for details.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages from MicronetBD at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, and you will be unsubscribed. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further SMS messages. If you want to re-subscribe later, sign up again as you did the first time, or text START to the number that previously messaged you, and we will resume sending SMS messages.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is supported on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others.

Privacy

If you have any questions about your data or our privacy practices, please review our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
