A clinician running the planning side of a technology firm
Dr. Soeta Islam co-founded Micronetbd and serves as Chief Planning Officer. She came to the firm from medicine, having worked with healthcare organisations across New Jersey, and that background shapes how Micronetbd approaches anything that touches patient or claimant records.
She built out the firm's healthcare division, which implements Salesforce Health Cloud for medical practices and supports the medical records side of personal injury work, where the same records move between providers, firms and insurers under very different rules.
As Chief Planning Officer she sets delivery priorities across the practice and owns the planning side of the quality and compliance programme that sits behind the firm's SOC 2 Type 2 audit.
The clinical perspective is the reason the healthcare work does not read like generic CRM configuration. Somebody in the room has actually handled the records.
Three areas
Records and compliance
How patient and claimant records are handled during a migration, and how they are handled afterwards.
Health Cloud
Salesforce Health Cloud for medical practices, provider networks and the medical side of injury claims.
Planning and quality
Delivery priorities across the firm, and the planning half of the SOC 2 programme.
Talk to the healthcare practice
