WorkPM

The board updates itself.

WorkPM is the AI project manager for implementation teams. It runs the boards your team already knows how to read, turns client email into tasks on its own, sits in your meetings, and tells you which project is drifting before the client does.

How it works

Where the work comes from, and what comes back

A board waits to be updated. WorkPM reads what your team is already doing and writes the board itself.

What it does

Six things, on every project at once

Boards your team can already read

List, kanban and timeline views of the same tasks, with groups, sub-items, dependencies, custom fields and bulk edits. Teams coming off Monday run this on day one, and the import brings the boards across.

Email that files itself

Every project has its own address. Forward a client thread to it and the thread becomes a task, replies attach to the same task, and the summary and field updates are written for you. Automated noise is recognised and closed, not turned into work.

An AI project manager on each project

A pulse for the project, a chat that answers from that project's own memory of emails, meetings and tasks, and a daily set of diagnostics: stalled items, missing owners, slipped dates, silent clients.

Meetings and mail beside the board

Threads and recordings sit next to the tasks, with summaries, action items, decisions and risk signals pulled out, and the full transcript by speaker one click away.

Portfolio intelligence

Briefings across every project, patterns that repeat across clients, risk alerts, and a morning brief for each person that says what needs them today.

Closing the loop with the client

When a project is ready, the client gets a short satisfaction survey. Promoters are asked for a review and a referral. Everyone else raises a flag for a human, never an ask.

How a project runs

Discover, Plan, Run, Watch, Close

Five stages, and the product carries the weight in each one.

1

Discover

Workup Agent interviews the client from an emailed link, by voice or text, and the answers land in the project as requirements, in the client's own words.

2

Plan

Phases, groups and tasks from your own playbook, with owners, dates and dependencies, on a board the client can be invited to see.

3

Run

Email files itself, meetings summarise themselves, hours are logged against tasks, and the board stays current without a standing reminder.

4

Watch

Daily diagnostics on every project, a pulse per project, risk alerts across the portfolio, and a brief for each person each morning.

5

Close

Mark it ready and the client survey goes out. Promoters are invited to review and refer. Anything less becomes a flag for you.

Say it plainly

Why this is not another board

The difference is not the views. It is where the information comes from.

A project board

  • Waits for someone to update it
  • Shows status
  • Knows the tasks
  • Starts at kickoff
  • Ends when the last task closes

WorkPM

  • Updates itself from email, meetings and time entries
  • Shows status and says whether to believe it
  • Knows the tasks, the emails and the meetings behind them, and cites them
  • Starts at discovery, with the client's own answers already in the project
  • Ends with the client's verdict, a review and a referral

Discovery

Discovery, before the kickoff call

The kickoff questionnaire nobody fills in, replaced by a conversation. You write the questions once, the client gets a private link, and Workup Agent asks them one at a time, by voice or text.

  • It follows up when an answer is thin, and accepts "I need to check"
  • It reads back what it collected, in the client's own wording
  • You get a formatted requirements sheet, the transcript and a CSV
  • All of it lands in the project before the call
Where WorkPM sits

A Micronetbd product, from the makers of Workup Agent

WorkPM is built and run by Micronetbd, the same team that builds Workup Agent and MatterOrbit. Workup Agent handles the conversation at the front, WorkPM carries the project after it is signed, and the same people answer the phone for both.
