A named Litify administrator who also runs the Salesforce underneath it.
Litify is a Salesforce application, so administering it means administering both: matter plans, intake and Docrio on top, and flows, permissions, releases and integrations below. Micronetbd is a certified Litify and Salesforce partner and runs both on one flat monthly retainer, with a named administrator and the architects who implement Litify behind them.

What turnaround looks like
The same priorities we run on every retainer.
| Request | How it is handled |
|---|---|
| Access and blocking issues | Handled the same business day |
| Configuration changes | Scheduled into the weekly plan |
| Larger enhancements | Estimated and put on the monthly backlog you prioritise |
| Platform releases | Reviewed against your build before they land |
| Integration failures | Monitored, so they reach us before they reach your team |
The same retainer we run for Salesforce, Filevine and DocuSign CLM
One channel of record for requests, a weekly plan for configuration changes, a monthly backlog review where you set the priorities, and a change log kept in your org. Access and blocking issues are handled the same business day. Litify and Salesforce releases are reviewed against your build before they land.
Three tiers by scope (Essential, Standard, Extended), described on the managed services page. Pricing is quoted on the call.
- Named admin who knows your build, with a backup
- Ticket queue with response times you can hold us to
- Monthly enhancement time on the backlog you prioritise
- We take over orgs we did not build, starting with an audit
- Certified Litify and Salesforce partner; migrations with a signed reconciliation report

Litify managed services questions
What is included in Litify managed services?
A named Litify administrator with a backup on the same team, administration of the Salesforce platform underneath, a ticket queue with response times, monitoring of integrations, user training, a block of monthly enhancement time and release reviews, on one flat monthly subscription.
Do you administer the Salesforce side too?
Yes. Litify runs on Salesforce, and most requests touch both: a flow, a permission set, a report, a release. One retainer covers both, from a certified Salesforce partner since 2012.
Do you take over a Litify org someone else set up?
Yes. We start with an audit of the org as it stands, document what is there and tell you what we would fix first.
How fast are requests handled?
Access and blocking issues the same business day; configuration changes scheduled into the weekly plan; larger enhancements estimated and put on the monthly backlog you prioritise.
How is it priced?
As a flat monthly subscription in one of three tiers by scope (Essential, Standard, Extended), quoted on the call against your org. Not hourly.
Can you also handle Postrio print and mail and AI intake?
Yes. Postrio print and mail for Litify firms and Workup Agent AI intake are Micronetbd products and are administered on the same retainer where installed.
