Salesforce staff augmentation

Certified Salesforce people on your team, by the month, without the hiring cycle.

When the roadmap is bigger than the team, Micronetbd adds certified Salesforce administrators, developers and architects to it on a monthly retainer: your backlog, your standups, your tools, our people, with the rest of the Micronetbd team behind them for the weeks that need an extra pair of hands. A Salesforce consulting partner since 2012, in Hamilton, New Jersey.

How an engagement runs

Your team, your tools, our people

We start with the roadmap and the gaps in it, agree the roles and the hours per month, and introduce the named people. They work in your backlog, your standups and your tools, with a Micronetbd lead on our side who keeps the rest of the team available for the hard weeks. Hours scale up or down month to month with the roadmap, and the same people stay on the account.

Certifications, background and references are shared before the start. Work is logged and reported monthly. Client data stays in your systems; SOC 2 Type 2 is the Micronetbd standard.

  • Named people, not a rotating bench
  • Part time or full time, by the month
  • Architects and developers behind every placement
  • Start in days, not a hiring cycle
  • Switch to managed services when the roadmap becomes day-to-day administration
Questions

Salesforce staff augmentation questions

What is Salesforce staff augmentation?

Adding certified Salesforce people (administrators, developers, architects) to your own team on a monthly retainer, working in your backlog and your tools, instead of hiring or running a separate project. Micronetbd has done this for clients and for other partners since 2012.

How is it different from outsourced Salesforce administration?

Staff augmentation adds people to a team you manage. Outsourced administration (managed services) makes Micronetbd accountable for the org day to day, with a named admin, a ticket queue and response times. Many clients start with one and move to the other as the roadmap changes.

How quickly can someone start?

Usually within days, because the people are already on the Micronetbd team and certified. A short introduction and access setup is all it takes.

Can we scale hours up and down?

Yes, month to month with the roadmap. The same named people stay on the account so nothing is relearned.

Do you place Litify, Filevine, DocuSign CLM and Specright people?

Yes. Micronetbd implements all of them, so the specialists come from the same team that builds and supports those platforms.

How is it priced?

A monthly retainer per role and hours band, quoted on the call. Not hourly billing surprises, and no placement fee.
