A legal CRM on Salesforce, built around how your firm signs and runs a matter.
Law firm CRM is not a contact list. It is intake, conflicts, retainers, matters, marketing and the reports the partners open on Monday, on one platform. We build it on Salesforce and Litify, and we have since 2012.

If the platform cannot do all six, the firm ends up running the seventh in a spreadsheet.
Intake and conflicts
Every enquiry captured with its source, screened for conflicts, accepted or declined on your criteria, in the CRM, not in an inbox.
Retainers and e-signature
Engagement letters generated from the record and signed without leaving the flow. DocuSign or Vinesign, connected.
Matters and deadlines
The matter opens from the intake record. Phases, tasks, statutes and calendar, with the dates the firm actually works to.
Marketing that reports
Which campaign, referral source or partner produced the signed matter, not just the lead.
Client communication
Texts, emails and portal updates from the record, so the file holds the history.
Reports the partners open
Intake conversion, matter velocity, source ROI and caseload by attorney, on a dashboard nobody has to rebuild in Excel.
Salesforce, Litify or both
Three ways firms run a legal CRM on the Salesforce platform. We implement all three and will tell you which fits on the first call.
| Litify | Salesforce with a legal build | Salesforce beside Filevine | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Personal injury, mass tort and plaintiff firms that want matters, intake and documents in one place | Firms and legal departments with their own process, or corporate legal teams | Firms that run matters in Filevine and want CRM, marketing and reporting on Salesforce |
| Intake | Litify Intake, built to your questionnaire | Sales Cloud objects mapped to enquiry, conflict check and acceptance | Salesforce intake, matter handed to Filevine |
| Documents | Docrio | Salesforce Files, SharePoint or DocuSign CLM | Filevine documents, synced with MatterOrbit |
| Migration | From Needles, Neos, ProLaw, Clio and more | From spreadsheets and legacy CRMs | Filevine stays the record; Salesforce gets the pipeline |
Design, build, migrate, adopt

A workshop with intake, attorneys and the office manager. We write down how a matter actually moves.
Design
Object model, intake flow, automation and reports, reviewed with you before the build.
Build and migrate
Configured in a sandbox, historical matters and contacts loaded and reconciled, tested on real records.
Adopt
Training by role, go-live support, then a named admin on a monthly retainer.
Legal CRM questions
Is Salesforce a good CRM for law firms?
Yes, with a legal build on top. Out of the box it is a sales platform. With Litify, or with a legal object model we design, it becomes intake, matters, documents, marketing and reporting on one system that the firm owns and can change.
What is the difference between Litify and Salesforce?
Litify is a legal practice management product built on the Salesforce platform: matters, intake, documents (Docrio) and reporting, ready for plaintiff firms. Salesforce is the platform underneath; some firms and legal departments run a custom legal build on it instead of Litify. We implement both.
Can a legal CRM connect to Filevine?
Yes. Firms that run matters in Filevine often keep intake, marketing and reporting on Salesforce. Micronetbd is a Filevine certified implementation partner and builds MatterOrbit, the two-way document sync for Filevine, so the integration is native to us.
What does implementation cost?
Projects are quoted as a fixed scope after a discovery session. Ongoing administration runs on a flat monthly retainer with a named admin. We will tell you on the first call which one fits.
How long does it take?
It depends on the number of practice areas, the migration and the integrations. We put a timeline in the fixed-scope quote and hold to it.
Do you handle the data migration?
Yes. Contacts, matters, documents and history from Needles, Neos, ProLaw, Clio, spreadsheets and legacy CRMs, with a reconciliation report you can audit.
