What we talked about at Booth 11

CX Summit brings together the people who run intake, client communication and operations at personal injury and mass tort firms, which is exactly who we build for. Three conversations came up again and again.

Legal CRM implementation and migration. Firms moving to Litify or Filevine, or moving between them, wanted to know what breaks in a migration and how a reconciled cutover is different from a bulk load. Our answer is the same one we give on the migration page: a written field map, a signed reconciliation report before go-live, and a named admin afterwards.

Documents that live in two places. Firms on Filevine with SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Drive asked how to keep both current without anyone copying files. That is MatterOrbit: two-way sync between Filevine matters and the drive the team already uses, with conflict rules and an audit trail.

The first ninety minutes of a lead. Intake teams asked what happens to the call that comes in at 7 pm or the web form nobody sees until morning. The Platinum Roundtable

The Platinum sponsors each took the main stage for a short roundtable. George’s contribution was a practitioner’s view of client experience: most of what a client feels as responsiveness is decided by how well the firm’s systems talk to each other, not by how many people are on the phones. A lead that reaches the case manager in minutes, a document that is where the paralegal expects it, a status update that goes out because the record changed, all of that is systems work, and it is the work Micronetbd has done for law firms since 2012.
