Why local matters

A Salesforce partner you can sit in a room with

Most Salesforce projects go wrong in the first two weeks, when nobody has written down how the business actually sells and serves. That part goes faster face to face.

  • Discovery and design workshops at your office, anywhere in New Jersey, or at ours in Hamilton.
  • A delivery team on Eastern time, with the same people from kickoff to go-live.
  • Go-live support on site when you want it, for the first days your team works in the new org.
  • After launch, a named administrator on a monthly retainer, so the org keeps up with the business.

Questions

Salesforce consulting in New Jersey: questions we get asked

Do you meet clients in person in New Jersey?

Yes. Our head office is at 4 AAA Drive, Suite 205, Hamilton, NJ 08691, about an hour from both New York City and Philadelphia. Discovery workshops, design reviews and go-live support can happen at your office or ours; day to day work runs remotely with the same team.

Are you a registered Salesforce consulting partner?

Yes. Micronetbd has been a Salesforce consulting partner since 2012, currently at the Silver (Ridge) tier, with 20+ certified consultants and 7+ solution architects on staff.

What kinds of New Jersey companies do you work with?

Law firms, manufacturers, distributors, education and technology companies, healthcare and professional services firms. The common thread is a sales or service process that has outgrown spreadsheets and a Salesforce org that needs to reflect how the company actually works.

Can you take over an org another partner built?

Yes. Most of our admin retainers start exactly that way. We audit the org, document what is there, fix what blocks the team and then run it on a monthly retainer with a named administrator.

How is a project priced?

Implementations are quoted as a fixed scope after a discovery session, so you know the number before work starts. Ongoing work runs on a flat monthly retainer. We will tell you on the first call which one fits.

Do you also support Litify, Filevine and DocuSign?

Yes. Litify runs on Salesforce, so the same team handles it. We are also a Filevine certified implementation partner and a DocuSign partner, and many New Jersey firms use us for more than one of these.

Start with one process

Bring the sales or service process that hurts most. We will map it in a working session, at your office or ours, and tell you what it takes to run it on Salesforce.
