Filevine at Micronetbd HQ: TJ Michaelson’s visit to Hamilton, New Jersey
TJ Michaelson, Implementation Consultant at Filevine, spent a day with the team at Micronetbd headquarters in Hamilton, New Jersey. It was the first official visit from someone at Filevine to our office, and a milestone for a partnership that both companies have built around the same people: the firms that run on Filevine.
Why the visit mattered
Micronetbd implements, migrates and supports Filevine for law firms, and most of that work happens over screens and calls. Having a Filevine implementation consultant in the building changed the conversation. We compared notes on how each side runs an implementation, talked through the work we each do for Filevine clients, and looked at where we can back each other up better when a firm needs both of us.
TJ also made time to sit with people across the team, from the consultants who configure Filevine every day to the engineers behind MatterOrbit. Those conversations were the best part of the day, and they are the kind of thing that only happens in person.
One goal on both sides
Filevine builds the platform. Micronetbd helps firms get onto it and get the most out of it: implementation and migration, API integrations, a named admin after go-live, and two-way document sync with SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox and Google Drive through MatterOrbit. A visit like this keeps the two sides pointed at the same outcome, a firm that trusts its system on day one and still trusts it a year later.
