Micronetbd at LEX Summit 2026: Gold Sponsor, Booth G2 and the Vinesign workshop
Micronetbd was a Gold Sponsor of LEX Summit 2026, Filevine’s user conference, held at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina on October 26 to 29, 2026. Our team ran Booth G2 in the Pacific Ballroom for the whole summit, George Ayub taught the Vinesign workshop on the official agenda, MatterOrbit ran live at the booth all week, and one of our Filevine clients sat down with us on camera.

Every clip the team cut during the week, from the welcome party aboard the USS Midway to LEX Fest, is on micronettv.com, the Micronetbd video site.
What we talked about at Booth G2
LEX Summit brings together the firms that run their practice on Filevine, which is exactly who we build for. Four conversations came up again and again over the four days.
Moving to Filevine, and getting it right the first time. Firms moving off an older case management system wanted to know what a migration actually involves and what breaks when it is rushed. Our answer is the one on the Filevine implementation page: a written field map, a reconciled cutover with the counts agreed before and after, and a named admin afterwards. DeGeorge & Polverini Law, who moved from Neos to Filevine with us, told that story on camera at the summit; their client story is on the Filevine page.
Documents that live in two places. Firms on Filevine with SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Drive asked how to keep both current without anyone copying files by hand. That is MatterOrbit: a certified Filevine integration, listed in the Filevine marketplace, that keeps documents in sync both ways between Filevine projects and the drive the firm already uses. Safayet and Louis ran it live at the booth all week.
Vinesign, LOIS and Lead Docket. Signing templates and merge fields, LOIS prompt libraries and intake that lands in the right matter. The workshop below was the long version of that conversation.
Who looks after Filevine after go live. Firms with no admin of their own asked what a Filevine managed services arrangement looks like: a named administrator on a flat monthly retainer, one ticket queue, and the workflows, DocGen and reports kept current as the firm changes.

The Vinesign workshop: template setup and use
Filevine firms come to LEX to learn, and on Tuesday one of the sessions they learned from was ours. George Ayub taught Vinesign template setup and use in Room 4: one template per document type with the fields placed by role, so each matter only picks the people; one link for the client to sign on a phone; reminders that chase the signature so a paralegal does not have to; and the signed copy, with its certificate, filed straight back into the Filevine project. It is the part of Filevine we work in every day, and the same approach we describe on the Vinesign page. Thank you to everyone who joined the session, and to Filevine for having us on the agenda.

Thank you, San Diego
Thank you to Filevine for hosting a summit built around the firms that use the product, from the Flight Deck welcome party aboard the USS Midway to Matthew McConaughey on the main stage and the Goo Goo Dolls at LEX Fest. Thank you to the firms who stopped by Booth G2, to the Filevine onboarding and partner teams we spent the week with, and to Gianna and Mehgan of DeGeorge & Polverini Law for sharing their experience. If we talked at the summit and you want to pick up the conversation, the team is one call away.
